Since 2001, the National Venturing Youth Cabinet has been comprised of the National Venturing President, four Regional Presidents and the National Sea Scout Boatswain. Prior to 2001, the National Boatswain was not a member of the Cabinet. The first Cabinet was elected at the last National Explorer Leadership Conference in 1998. Past Regional Presidents who subsequently served as National President are indicated below with an asterisk.
